3WC provides vendor outreach, event coordination, and business support services for small business owners and entrepreneurs.

3WayCreations (3WC) offers service-based packages that include—but are not limited to—vendor event research, outreach coordination, event bookings, affiliate setup, and optional business formation assistance.
Deliverables vary based on the selected package and may include:
A custom dashboard to track vendor leads and events
Direct communication and outreach on behalf of your brand
Travel or in-person support (if included in your package)
Digital documents and event checklists
Turnaround times are discussed during onboarding and may vary depending on service complexity.
All services require full upfront payment to secure time and resources.
Payment is accepted via Stripe, PayPal, or Systeme.io’s integrated checkout.
Services will not begin until payment has been received and confirmed.
Ongoing communication and deliverables are conditional upon receipt of payment.
Due to the time-intensive nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable.
You may cancel a service before onboarding begins, but no refunds will be issued once any work has started.
In certain cases, we may allow a one-time rescheduling or service credit at our discretion.

By working with 3WC, you grant us permission to use event photos, vendor booth content, or behind-the-scenes footage (captured by us or submitted by you) for:
Promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.)
Educational or marketing content
You may revoke consent at any time in writing. We respect privacy and will honor all opt-out requests.
Clients working with 3WayCreations (3WC) agree to the following payment-related responsibilities for vendor events, expos, or market opportunities:
Payment Authorization Options
Clients must choose one of the following options to facilitate event booking:
Option A: Grant 3WC temporary access to process event booking payments using provided business debit/credit details (via secure means), or
Option B: Send funds to 3WC in advance, so bookings can be made on the client’s behalf, or
Option C: Retain full control of payment and personally submit all required event fees once 3WC provides the necessary booking information.
Booking Timeliness
For clients choosing Option C (self-pay):
3WC will provide event details, contact info, and deadlines.
The client is fully responsible for meeting registration and payment deadlines.
3WC is not liable for missed opportunities, sold-out events, or price increases resulting from client delay in payment.
No Upfront Payment = No Booking
If payment has not been submitted via any method before a booking deadline, 3WC will not hold or reserve any vendor slot. It is the client’s responsibility to act in a timely manner.
This ensures we can move quickly on your behalf and secure the best event placements possible — without unnecessary delays or miscommunications.
All client information, project details, and business strategies are kept confidential.
3WayCreations does not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties without consent.
3WayCreations is not responsible for:
Event cancellations or unforeseen changes made by third-party hosts
Losses resulting from no-shows, poor vendor performance, or unmet sales goals
Delays due to incomplete information, missed client communications, or force majeure (natural disasters, illness, etc.)
Our role is to coordinate and support, not to guarantee vendor performance or financial results.
3WayCreations reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes when applicable.
